Item arrived DOA wrapped in paper and plastic wrap only, no cushion. Motherboard wouldn't POST. Upon closer examination it was obvious that someone else had engaged in troubleshooting. I don't fault the seller for not knowing about testing details, but the description of "New Other" should have been parts or junk, and the terrible packaging it came in. Have not received a response from seller.
