How do people sleep at night, if the only way they can make $$ is by selling garbage on eBay. I am so disappointed. This thing gave an error message from the beginning that the rear door was open. Evidently there is a switch not making appropriate contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

For 12 lb unit, the shipping cost should have been roughly $25. The white casing on the unit was discolored yellow and had some scuff marks, none of which were described. Otherwise, the unit seems to function well. Seller communication was timely.
