For a tolerance of 10% I think this is great. These were Bochen trimpots, my first experience with Bochen resistors and I'm impressed. No durability testing yet, and the plastic case isn't as crisply executed as the MUCH more expensive Bourns 3362 devices. I'm quite happy.
