Wouldn't you know it, this charger on any cable only starts the barrery DRAINING about 1% every minute and a half. The first time I tried it my cell phone became blazing hot and had to be disconnected. I've heard that there are lots of scam attack ware to destroy batteries. This is hardware though. Thought it really should not happen.
