The seller did refund me my money, but stopped communicating. The item was relisted and 5 days later the seller cancelled the sale. I do not think the seller should be listing items for sale she does not have in possession to sell. Very disappointing and strange behavior for ebay. I tried to appease the buyer, by offering a cancellation/refund, to avoid them waiting. Buyer agreed to wait and refused to cancel the order. The buyer sent a message on a Tuesday evening, I responded the next morning, and two minutes later they opened a case stating that they did not receive the item or any correspondence from me, after communicating with me for days.
