      USPS lost my shipment. I think seller should have recalled 1st shipment and sent me a 2nd shipment. Instead sent refund. No harm, no foul, no service!

      We didn't send a replacement item because this was an $800 item & it is best to have seperate paper trails because we did issue a recall for it if USPS finds it. Besides what is the difference between sending a replacement order or issuing a full refund so you could reorder? Nothing! And you call that no service?
