This is honestly the worst return experience I've ever had on eBay in over 20 years. I asked seller BEFORE purchase to verify item color. Seller told me it was black, but it was brown. (There's actually a label on the back that SAYS it is brown color.) When I contacted the seller to inform them of their error they actually asked me what the difference is between black and brown. Then it was back and forth with more nonsense until I told them I'd let eBay handle it for me. This seller is awful.

I wish I could post photos here. If anyone would like to look it up, they can decide if it is brown or black. The listing also has a photo of the back of the box. It said nothing about brown. She demanded a return label which I provided immediately, then she said she couldn't print it out. She was very obnoxious to try to work with.
