The package arrived at one of the UPS facilities, damaged, and the contents missing. Seller contacted the shipper, UPS, and they opened an investigation. Seller held up the sale refund pending results of the investigation. Buyer felt the refund should have been issued immediately as the contents of the package were missing. Seller needs to file a claim with UPS.
