This is because it doesn't come with a typical power plug. That is NOT due to any deception by the vendor, however. I failed to understand the implication of the small plug in the picture above the switch. I did not return it because this isn't the vendor's fault. It was my mistake, and my failure to notice that small detail. I still have no clue how this product works. Why the tiny plug?
