    Robot is great, came packed well and in excellent condition. Pricing was way better than market rate and they also check out all the robots before they ship them. It looks really great in my lab, too! Ballard are a class act. There were some hiccups in shipping (carrier's fault) and a little mix-up in arranging which robot, and they handled both things immediately and proactively. You can not buy service better than what they provide by default.
