I received the item and I didn't need it right away, but when I opened it, it was yellowish brown inside and smells funny. I opened the other container and it was the same. I have been using this product for years and have never opened one that looks and smells that bad. The inside is supposed to be white. I contacted the seller and didn't hear back until I messaged again. They told me to open a request so they can give me a refund, so I did. They canceled my request with no explanation.
