The deep maroon cloth-bound boards and spine are intact and robust and in a very good condition for a book that is over 100 years old. The pages are in an overall neat state, there are no pen or pencil marks, and the pages are predominantly uncreased. The pages are tightly bound. However, the pages are roughly cut, leaving the occasional small rips at the edges and there is the occasional light foxing, heavier at the front. IT IS IMPORTANT that you please read the description in full and study the photographs carefully, as to the condition of this book. Thank you.”
