    This has all been rather a nightmare. Having bought the items in good faith and paid immediately the seller then refused to send unless I agree he has no liability should anything arrive broken. He does not seem to understand or accept ebay's own policy that it is the seller's responsibility that goods arrive as described, in this case perfect. I'm sure he'd pack well but I cannot agree he has no liability. He has promised a refund. Not yet received. All very unsatisfactory.

    Unfortunately, EVRI, who would be transporting this order, does not insure glass. I therefore was unable to provide any cover for the items being delivered safely. I certainly did not want the risk of the items arriving damaged or the consignee requesting that I take responsibility for the carriage, something I have no control over. I am grateful she requested to cancel this order and so any further issues have thankfully been avoided. The refund has been paid, and no further comment is needed.

As parcel destroyed by Yodel Refunded by EBay as parcel not received A extract from seller last msg sent to me ( will appreciate that this is not my problem and so your recourse is to claim your refund from ebay under their money back guarantee. This is what I understand will happen. ) Just escalate the case to eBay Don’t waste your time messaging the seller
