        Great ceiling fan! Terrible communication with seller. Item was advertised w/ 2 yr All State Protection Plan, but because it was sold as “Best Offer” I wasn’t able to add the Protection Plan, seller made no effort to add it to the sale. Cancel sale and redo transaction with protection plan-that’s all seller had to. Seller was quick to direct me off to EBay Cust Service and be done with me. Seller was NOT HELPFUL. BEWARE if you purchase “Best Offer“ protection plan will not be offered.
