For the price it is a solid tire. Wire bead, the compound is softish and should provide enough grip for most trail riding. If you want ultimate grip look elsewhere, but at $25/tire it's a good deal. Have them mounted on my young kids full suspension mountain bikes. Shipping was very fast.
