Ebays fit system they use is useless but i cannot leave good feedback as this mistake cost me alot of time and due to a lack of common sense could have been avoided. I had to send the 4 back then wait for exactly the same as I had already received but with 1 loose. Suggested sending the lost 1 on its own which would have saved time, postage and return costs. I have no idea how companies make a profit doing things this way. Those costs all add up

I suggested just to send the 1 short so cost me a lot of time. I find it frustrating that common sense rarely is used and to think a meaningless apology makes everything better. Cost me alot of time to fit these as we had such bad weather but they got it right in the end. Was quick to ship though so not too bad at the end of it all.
