Seller’s photo and listing is deceptive. He shows a dozen flies and states flies for sale. Nothing that states he can change the quantity pending on how much they sell for. For clarification he sold these flies on the Auction portion of eBay. If you show a dozen flies, than I assume as the bidder I’m bidding on a dozen flies. If seller wants to fix the quantity based on a price the seller needs to not sell on the auction portion of eBay but instead the “buy it now”.
