The backpack arrived in great condition with very minimal wear on the high traffic areas. All zippers and straps work with no issues. The seller did a great job in disclosing any wear on the backpack which included the broken end of the strap. The shipping took a while because there was a delay in the postal service shipment upon arriving at its final destination. The delay meant that the item took a bit longer than normal to arrive. Otherwise, the item arrived without any addidional damage.
