Item was described as ‘new, never used, only opened to show someone the contents’. The hub was clearly used as it had significant scuff marks on the top. The contents were not in original, factory condition. When I contacted the seller he said the cellophane was still attached, insinuating this was a new item. I was at least able to return the item for a refund. The seller relisted the same item as ‘new’, which is grossly inaccurate and rather unfortunate.

ITEM WAS NEVER USED, THE SCUFFS WERE UNFORTUNATE BUT OVERALL HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IMPACT ON THE UNITS FUNCTIONALITY, THE SCUFFS WERE ON THE HUB AND NOT THE REMOTE. BUYER WAS OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT ON AN ITEM THAT WAS ALREADY PRICED WELL BELOW THE AVERAGE.
