I was led to believe I was ordering 1 tile not a whole box of them plus one damaged and very ugly tile. I only needed 1 tile! Packing and packaging were over kill, what a mess! There is no way to make it right. It was stated no returns plus I wouldn’t pay to ship them back. Explanation of product needs to be better so that you know what you are actually buying.
