I returned this and was happy to get a refund. The material and quality of the coat is great, but the sizing was way bigger than 40R (I have a separate 40R From Spier and Mackay that fits great). I don't know if it was because it was ordered as custom by the original customer, but my tailor advised me to not even try to alter it to fit as it was just way too large to work with.
