Phone itself was exactly as described ("used, like new"). Shipment was delayed past the weekend, but the package would have been delivered before the expected delivery date if not for USPS rerouting the package through the nearest distribution center several times. I had a few glitches initially with the OS, but they've been resolved, and they were in no way related to the hardware I purchased. Seller was communicative & gets an A++. I would definitely purchase from seller again.
