Für ein DHL-Paket gezahlt und einen Brief erhalten. Auf konkrete Frage keine konkrete Antwort, sondern nur Hinweis auf Eintragung auf Formblatt - Kundenfreundlich geht anders. Ware ist wie beschrieben, aber die Freude durch solch eine Abwicklung hält sich in Grenzen. Ich kauf hier nicht mehr !
