Cerave retinol serum is expired or not genuine. Listing says it's new, but the formula's scent, appearance, consistency, and results are bad. Packaging is lighter than normal. Compared it with a new / genuine box and box's lot # suggests it's old compared to a fresh box. Sharing for seller / buyer awareness. It only has a 3-year shelf life if stored properly. Either it wasn't (selling expired products is against eBay rules) or it's fake. You get what you pay for and can't return what you use.
