The description of the hat clearly states the hat has a gray mesh back so I do not understand why the buyer would think it would be white. WE ALSO HAVE FREE RETURNS FOR ANY REASON IF THE ITEM IS NOT AS EXPECTED. Seems it is our fault the buyer can not read about the item being purchased. Also, no communication by the buyer at all. Sorry we were not given the chance to help before the negative feedback was left
