The 1st time I screwed the unit, it came apart. (I'm a touring drummer & need my equipment to always function at 100%.) I explained the problem & performance requirements. They agreed to a refund. I packed the Yamaha in the original box as it was originally shipped. L'amitie Store gave me a partial refund of $258.78. Original price was $398.11. Help!!!!
