I contacted the seller to cancel an order. I canceled it well before it could be shipped. I canceled because the description was somewhat deceptive, and not what I first thought it was. Then, I get an email telling me it has shipped. I do not want the product and I do not want to pay to ship it back. I have to wait 7 days to use the negative button, so I'll make do with this for now. The item is scheduled to arrive between May 2 - May 7, 2024.

Buyer placed order Sunday. Order shipped Monday. Buyer sent message Tuesday asking to cancel order. We informed him that the order already shipped, and we could not cancel it, and since it is FOOD, we cannot accept his return. The title, and the description is not deceptive, the key word is in the review itself, "item is not what he thought". Buyers need to read the listings (not skim over them), look at the photos, and make educated decisions, then place order.

sooo... just to clarify.... the 3 Chapstick tubes came in a plastic blister (from the manufacturer).... and the same manufacturer had a "LIMITED EDITION" sticker on the blister.... and the buyer complains about this Limited Edition label (that came with the packaging) leaving a sticky residue on the plastic blister? Not going to bother reaching out to the Buyer because there is something wrong here, and it ain't the Limited Edition label or the blister packaging
