Item was received broken, one side of the face shield had snapped off. Took me about a half hour to figure out how to put it back together properly. Found a missing piece in the bag that was needed to fix it. Since I was able to repair it, not a problem, will keep the helmet. Will rate the purchase positive. It is a nice helmet.
