FedEx charged me $15 in import fees. good customer service goes a long way combined with an excellent product. even with the extra 15 its still competitively priced.

Contacted them before it was sent concerned it wouldn't arrive on time and asked them not to send. They insisted it would be and sent it anyways. It didn't arrive on time. Item did not look like photos & fit was bad, returned item and still got crazy customs bills weeks later. I wasn't informed this would happen. Will never purchase from this seller again.
