Wow! They were described as new, UNUSED and the date of manufacture was also noted. These insoles are made to last a very long time, perhaps it was the way you handled them. Perhaps you should read the whole description as all the information was stated, nothing hidden. Thank you for an unwarranted negative. Newbie remorse.
