The item was spelled wrong just fix it. If your going to sell something specific to a member spell their name right. When I ordered they said they charged it wrong and had to make a listing specifically for me to repurchase it then refund me for the 1st one, suspicious. Then when that didn't happen within 3 businesses days I had to threaten to report them and cancel my order to get refunded. They also didn't have a tracking on the order. After all that, waited 2 1/2 months, I got it. Items good.

The binder was packaged safely, was a bit banged up but that always happens when I order binders from any seller because of the mail carriers so I was expecting it. Overall happy with the binder and the price was great. My only complaint is the seller had made an offer before that I had to decline at the time but later on I tried to make the same offer and the seller didn’t respond to it which was frustrating and also the communication sucked.
