On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid. The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos. Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage. Recommendation to this seller. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding.
