The seller was friendly and responsive. I had originally purchased 2 other things but when they realized it had been sold in another auction, they were very quick to apologize and offered me an open bottle which they had used once as a tester at a discounted price, which I accepted. When the package arrived they had included some body lotion of the same scent. I was thrilled. A wonderful experience. Excellent customer service!
