The packaging was good, delivered super in time and the shop owners were so much nice that included extra bits as a plus (it's a sign of customer care, which is rare nowadays...). I 100% recommend buying extra stuff for customizing miniatures from Forges of Mars, it's a very niche reality but so much needed, excpecially confronting with "official" products who are often stupidly expensive.

They were able to send replacements right away, before the first package even arrived. The prints are of good quality, and minimal cleaning is required.
