Shipping was normal, box and padding was appropriate with only one rectifier tube casualty in shipping. On opening, no manual. Requesting a manual and repl. tube i began to test it without tubes, fil. voltages okay, i noticed an undocumented B+ delay circuit, and good workmanship inside. The circuit diagram provided had some deviations which i asked about without an answer. After a month, to me this means no documentation in english and the pwr transformer was loud i thought it was for 50 hz.
