    The past month has taken it's toll on me as I have had to defend my mother's estate in probate court against my brother who manufactured and forged a fraudulent will on behalf of my mother in an attempt to give everything to himself. I've had to conduct legal research, review case law, prepare and file motions so the court can have all the evidence of fraud and undue influence to make an intestacy ruling on Sept 11, 2025 and disinherit my brother for fraud, forgery and other torts.
