When it was cast it was done incorrectly the part on the plate where the coils sit was manufactured to high. So they were hitting on the magnets of the magneto when it spun I had to remove the components off of that stater plate and place them on an entirely different one. Luckily I had an older one so I fixed the height problem also the coils were not mounted correctly the edges stuck out to far not allowing the magneto to turn
