I thought I would save money and try this as it looked identical to the normal at better price. I put the Anser Ink Cartridge in the coder as normal and the cartridge exploded. I went to try and contact seller but there is no way to. I would not buy this from this seller again. 1 star because I did receive the item. While this may be a one off and a manufacturer defect. I was unable to make contact with the seller.

This is the first time we have heard about this. We did not receive any message or notification whatsoever of the defected ink cartridge. We have reached out to customer for either a replacement or refund. Also, cartridge may not be correct one for Anser coder model even though ink may have identical look. Ensure that correct model fits with proper coder. Reach out to us for any questions. We take care of our customers as shown in all feedback.
