- i***l (2731)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasereceived items promptly, when open package one of the boots on the axle had a small pinch hole and leaking grease, they accepted return but once they received the axle they claimed it wasn't returned in original condition and even used a photo that I sent them to show the damage, so now they can only give a partial refund due to "not received in original condition" and to deal with ebay, I found this very unprofessional and fraudulent , I did get my full refund after complaining to ebay.

It was labeled incorrectly because it actually came from the right side of the car not the left as indicated on the label. These struts are interchangeable so it wasn't the end of the world, but it did cause a bit more work adjusting the spring. All that said, I would still purchase from here again because I'm sure it was an honest mistake. Packaging was also excellent.
