Received in good packaging, but upon opening the parcel, base of bulb was dented, and it had a smudge on it. Uh oh. Installed in ceiling fixture, and upon dimming it all the way down, it went out, not just to a minimum dimness like other still-good bulbs I have, but like another bulb I have that is on ITS way out (and needs replacing soon, too). I was sold a used, not new bulb by this seller.
