Il cliente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto entro il termine di 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce acquistata. Trascorsa tale data il recesso verrà considerato chiuso e non sarà più possibile esercitare tale diritto. Il cliente dovrà comunicare all'azienda la volontà di esercitare tale diritto inviando una comunicazione scritta esplicita.
