Seller wrapped this item securely with layers of padding, bubble wrap, cardboard, peanuts & boxes all wrapped tighter than King Tut. You can fire it from a cannon without damage. It was mailed USPS priority, & tracing it we found it was delayed locally here, & we got the pkg 5 days after expected delivery date, 7 days after it was mailed. The locomotive balked at running on the track, but ran quite well after I cleaned & lubed it, & this can be expected with items this old.
