Everything was tightly wrapped into a small pillow package. It was several padded envelopes, kind of wrapped up on itself and fold it in and then taped over. Trying to unwrap it and cut it open was a nightmare. I was terrified of cutting or scoring the chain. Awful packaging a cruel joke. I did not appreciate it and even though it was not likely intentional I really hope that the seller reconsiders there ship
