I'm not sure these are authentic. The balm is much thicker than what I'm used to and I've been getting this flavor of Burt's Bees for years now. I reached out to the seller you a proof of authenticity and haven't heard back.

Hi Mira, I order product from repudiable companies, like Target & CVS. These are pull backs off their shelves. I never answered as you bought all that I had and I have no way to authentic them. That being said, I am pretty sure they are the real thing. Also, the package clearly shows that it is a new formula. This may be why they seem different to you. I don't think this warrants such a negative feedback. Sorry you are not satisfied, and sorry nothing can be done for you to make you happy.
