This one was fine. In general, eBay is now terrible for a seller. I recently had a few items that I was trying to sell before moving and 2 people one bids. Did eBay make them pay? No. I had to wait 4 days only to start all over again. And then, I sold a disc for $11. With an eBay issue, I paid $2.50 extra for shipping, and with promo, made only like $3.50. Then, the buyer lied and said I sold a broken disc. My only options according to your staff is to refund and lose all + $2.50 extra.

PLEASE IGNORE MY COMMENT!!!! We are trying to fix this as it was not meant for the seller. Until it is resolved, please ignore my negative review. I was sent a random "how are we doing" from eBay and it included this item. I had no idea I was giving him feedback! Poor guy did nothing wrong. We are trying to fix it now.
