I'm not sure why it was a "bad deal" seeing how it worked perfectly prior to shipping it but if you have issues with anything at all, it's always a good idea to contact the seller in order to try to work things out. We were never contacted about anything. If you click on the sellers profile, and click ":feedback left for others", it appears that this buyer believes that almost all of his transactions were "bad deals" I'm sincerely sorry that eBay in general isn't working out too well for you
