Good looking phone case. Shipped from China so took a while to get here (2.5 weeks). Did not see or notice any info in description that it was coming from overseas when I ordered. Saw that it was manufactured in China but did not see that it was shipping from there, so was surprised that it would not make it for Christmas until after I had ordered.

This battery case came 3/4 full charge and after numerous attempts, will not charge either of my a XSmax phones. It did take a charge with whatever cord i used, but even full, still won’t charge a phone. Found after sales support difficult and accusatory. After numerous requests for refund unanswered, i chose to leave this review so nobody else has to go through this and be out their hard earned pay. I bought two, and other one had issues. Seller blames me for not using it correctly.What a joke!

2. After we contact and check, we make a decision to return the goods and refund, and we pay the freight.
Before returning the goods, the buyer told us that one of the products was working normally.
We don't know what the buyer said.
We always have after-sales service and have promised the buyer to give it to him.

This product came 3/4 full charge and wouldn’t charge my phone after several attempts. I noticed the charge port was crooked so i twisted it to make contact and it started charging my phone(which has a new charge port. Sadly the case wouldn’t take a charge….tried 4 different manufacturers of charge cords until one worked. All of these cords work on every apple device tested i own. Poorly built or perhaps the ports aren’t manufactured to apples specifications. I bought 2 sadly.
