The mounting holes are not indexed correctly compared to the notch on the headlight. Could not get any of the bolts started in the condition it arrived. Does not come with the 2 bolts for the lower holes where the factory uses screws in the plastic. Headlight is metal with thread holes in that location. Had to modify the upper mounting holes to get it to fit. But still doesn’t fit right. For the $ I expected better.
