I ordered the woodblock print on April 5. It had not been shipped by April 20 so I contacted the seller. It was shipped immediately and I got it on April 24. It arrived in a thin paper envelope with the print inside a manilla folder with a mat cut out of one side. The envelope was creased as was the woodblock print inside. I contacted the seller and they said they always shipped like that and had never had a problem. I suggested heavier packing in the future.
