    It was nit the sellers fault it was either pay pal or eBay. I spoke with them and gave the address and person to who Whom it was to be delivered. They obviously did not give it to the seller. I did not open the box which seemed to be well packaged. I brought it to a delivery facility and sent it to the person it was intended it cost me mite tgsn the present. I’ve had this issue with eBay orders before. That’s a prinl when you can’t talk to seller directly
